项目概况:
2026年9月16日，顺德欢乐海岸PLUS二期潮玩街（欢乐潮湾）正式对外亮相。项目坐落于"顺德眼"摩天轮之下，占地约12642平方米，街区长度约250米，滨水栈道直通顺峰山公园，集机动游乐、沉浸式互动、街头文化、演艺与特色餐饮于一体，打造大湾区城央年轻力生态场。
圣景创筑负责深化设计及主题包装施工，全程参与方案优化与落地，秉持"岭南国潮青年社交街区"定位，遵循"轻外购IP、重原创造境"原则，自主研发根植顺德美食与水乡文化的视觉符号体系，以高饱和撞色、异形玻璃钢造型与轻钢防水工艺，将"潮"从图纸一块构件、一层涂装地装进实体空间。
On September 16, 2026, the second phase of OCT Happy Coast PLUS in Shunde — the Trendy Street, also known as "Happy Tide Bay" — officially opened to the public. Located beneath the "Shunde Eye" Ferris wheel, the project covers approximately 12,642 square meters with a street block stretching about 250 meters. Its waterfront boardwalk leads directly to Shunfeng Mountain Park, bringing together mechanical rides, immersive interactive experiences, street culture, live performances, and specialty dining to create a vibrant youth-oriented cultural destination in the heart of the Greater Bay Area.
Sunvision was responsible for design development and themed construction & fabrication, taking part throughout the process — from schematic refinement to on-site execution. Guided by the positioning of a "Lingnan guochao youth social district," and following the principle of prioritizing original creation over licensed IP, the team independently developed a visual symbol system rooted in Shunde's gastronomy and waterside culture. Through bold saturated color blocking, custom FRP sculptural forms, and light-gauge steel waterproofing techniques, the project translated the spirit of "trend" from drawings into built reality — one component and one coat of paint at a time.
